No longer going to post here :(

So it's been a long time since I last said anything on here. A few of you are probably wondering whether or not I actually got my game fixed and save file back, and the answer is yes. But by the time I did, I honestly just didn't feel up to continuing Madison's challenge. I jumped headfirst into it when I started and didn't think to plan things, so I'm sorry, but I will no longer be posting anything on this blog. I have, however, gotten into the spirit for challenge blogging again and have actually planned something this time. Yes, it is another 100 Baby Challenge, but there is a twist to this one. What twist may that be, you ask? You'll just have to find out yourself. ;)

News from moi! :(

So hey, it's me SimplySimmerly, and I just want to start this post off by saying sorry for not updating in awhile, but I needed a break from this challenge family and was playing some others. Just recently, the Sims 3 came out with a new game updates so naturally I installed them. But there was an issue and the update didn't install so I thought "oh well!". So the next day I open up Origin(as usual) to bring up the game launcher, but instead of the "play" button, there's a button that says "Download" instead! At first I thought this was some glitch, as my Sims 3 folder in the Electronic Arts folder was still there and everything but I tried clicking on the icon to bring up the launcher and it came up with the message "Please reinstall base game" or something along those lines. So yeah...I just decided to go along with it and am currently in the process of uninstalling and reinstalling everything. Don't worry though! I've already backed up the Carter family's save file in another folder to keep safe, so I'm sure they'll be fine! Again, I'm super sorry if you are all wanting another post, but I'm afraid it is going to be awhile. I'm not happy about this either, but this stuff happens!

Here's a screenshot from one of my other(yes I have other ones besides Madison) 100 baby challenge households to make you laugh!
She just left the hospital after giving birth to Baby #8! She looks so happy doesn't she?

Anything is Possible

When we arrived home with the new babies, Ash was the first one to greet us at the door. He was really excited to meet his little siblings.
"Can't I hold both of them, Mom?" he begged me. "Please? I'll be really careful!"
(what is with Damian's eyes in this pic?)
"Sorry Ash, but they are very tiny and fragile right now. I know you'd be as careful as you could but I just don't want to risk anything, okay?" I told him. Truth was, I was still scared that Ash was insane. I couldn't shake the picture of him talking to himself out of my mind. And what was he even wearing right now?

"Okay..." His head and shoulders drooped sadly as he walked away.

Some time after the babies' birth, a delivery man showed up our house with a very large package, and he was insisting I sign for it.

"But I didn't order anything." I protested. "I'm not signing until you explain to me what is going on!"

"I don't know, lady. They just pay me to deliver this stuff, they don't fill me in on the details." the man replied gruffly. "Now are you signing or am I going to have to haul this back into my truck? Believe me, it isn't an easy job!"

"Isn't an easy job? Huh, you try giving birth!" I thought. Sighing, I took the pen he was offering me and scribbled my signature onto the paper. "There, you have your darn signature. Now how about helping me get this thing inside?"

"Like I said, they just pay me to deliver this stuff. Not my policy." said the man coyly. He took the clipboard and pen back and walked back to his truck, driving off before I could have another chance to protest.
Well, somehow I managed to get the box inside and haul it upstairs. Elvira and Damian had showed up to help me right as I was halfway up the staircase. I couldn't help but grit my teeth and wish they'd shown up sooner.
When we unpacked the box, I was delighted to discover these items inside:
A changing station and a new potty chair!

"Who could have sent these?" I wondered out loud.

"Mom, there's a note attached to box, here." Elvira handed me a piece of paper and I read it:

I was touched by Jaden's gift, and amazed at how he could have afforded it. Nonetheless, I was grateful and immediately went to write a thank-you note.
~~~~~~ELVIRA'S POV~~~~~~~
I'd found it. After a long time of searching, I'd finally found a way for Buddy to become a normal sim!
After searching some message boards and science websites online, I'd discovered there was a potion that could turn an imaginary friend into a real, living being! Only there was one problem...we didn't have a chemistry table.
I knew Mom didn't want to spend money on things like that, as she probably thought I was crazy to believe my imaginary friend existed. Heck everybody believes I'm crazy! That was why I hardly have any friends. Damian even teases me sometimes.  But I know for a fact, I'm NOT crazy, and Buddy IS real. He likes me, and I like him. There had to be some way I could inkle my mom into getting the chemistry table for me!
"Buddy, Buddy!" I said to him joyfully. "I found a way for you to be real! All I have to do is create a potion, and all you have to do is drink it!"
"Really? That is great, El!" said Buddy. "But how are you going to create a potion? You don't even have a chemistry set!"
"Yet. I don't have a chemistry set yet!" I corrected him. "I just need to ask my mom. You don't happen to know where she is, right now, do you? And is she in a good mood?"
"I think I saw last saw her in her room doing yoga." Buddy replied. "And as for her mood...I wouldn't know. And you won't know unless you ask her!"
"Alright...wish me luck then!" I gave Buddy a peck on his soft cheek and ran upstairs to find Mom.
~~~~~~MADISON'S POV~~~~~~
As classical music blared through my room, I knelt on the yoga carpet with my arms outstretched  and sighed, feeling very relaxed. This was my "me time". It gave me time to think. It gave me time to relax...I was so glad I put this rug in here.

Right as I was in the middle of a complicated pose, a knock sounded my door. I gasped and struggled to keep my balance, as I didn't want to end up falling over and injuring myself.

"Who is it?" I asked.

"It's me. Can I come in?" Elvira's voice sounded outside the door.

"Sure honey, give me a second..." I carefully stood up and sighed with relief that I didn't end up pulling a muscle. "Okay, come on in!"

The door opened and in she walked, a smile on her face.
"So I have a bitty favor to ask, Mom..." Elvira said.

I wondered what it could possibly be.
"Sure dear, what do you need?"
"Well umm...you know me and Damian are starting high school right?" she started. "I hear chemistry is really tough."
"Yeah, but isn't tough if you are smart." I pointed out. "Just tell me what you want, Elvira. I don't see the point of drabbling on in your speech."

"Oh, sorry. I was just wondering if...if it isn't too much trouble..."

"Yes?"
"If you could buy me a chemistry table. Please Mom? I know the holidays are approaching and you don't want to spend a lot of money, but I really think I could do better in school if I had a chemistry table of my own! I could work on potions here at home and I wouldn't have to go to school to practice." Elvira said, thoroughly making sure she pointed out all the benefits in order to convince me. But I knew what she was up to. In fact, she'd moping around on the internet for a few days lately and I'd happened to catch a glance of her looking at a forum involving ways to turn your imaginary friend into a real sim.

Well, I wasn't so sure her imaginary friend was real to be honest, but this meant a lot to her.

"Okay honey. I can't make any promises but I'll see if I can find one somewhere."

"R-really?" Elvira was surprised I'd agreed that fast.  "Wow! Thank you so much Mom! I swear I will pay you back someday! This means so much to Bud--I mean me!"

She was beaming like the lights on a Christmas tree as she walked out. Speaking of Christmas, I think it is about time to be putting a tree up or something...
~~~~~~~~~~~~Damian's POV~~~~~~~~~~
I was chilling in the living room when I saw my sister coming down the stairs excitedly.
"Damian you'll never guess--" she began to say, but I interrupted her.
"Hey sis, you know how the floor is always dirty?" I asked.
She looked confused at me. Grinning, I reached down and scooped up a handful of something that had spilled on the floor and shoved into my mouth.
"EWW!! Damian, that is gross!" she immediately squealed.  "Do you even know what that could have been?! You could get sick!"
I spit my tongue out. "All the girls in school love it when I do that!"
"Yeah well I'm your sister, and I don't like it!"
"Whatever. Hey, so what are you so excited about?" I asked her curiously.
"Oh, well Mom is getting us a chemistry table!" she told me. "Isn't that great?"
"A chemistry table, huh? I would have preferred a car or something." I huffed. "Why do you want a chemistry table anyways?"
"I think you know why..."
Oh right. That whole imaginary friend business. That is exactly why she didn't have any real friends! Always talking about Buddy and all that, she scared people away from her! Now me, I was the cool one. People liked me, people talked to me. It wasn't that I didn't have an imaginary friend...no, I actually had one. Her name was Riley. I just never mentioned her to anyone in fear of the same treatment Elvira was suffering.
"Sheesh, sis! Give it up, do you really think you'll be able to make that potion?"
~~~~~~~~~Elvira's POV~~~~~~~~~~
I didn't let Damian's comment frustrate me. As soon as that chemistry table showed up, I immediately got to work.
I never stopped to take a break, except if I was hungry or needed to pee or it was a school day. I was determined to discover that potion!

Finally, after who knows how long, I was finally able to perfect it. Proud of myself, I went to go tell Damian. He was going to be shocked.
I found him in the nursery feeding Genevieve a bottle. Mom was busy with Aya right now so it wasn't unusual for me or Damian to help out with the other little ones.

"Hey bro, can I tell you something?" I asked him.

"Sure." He finished feeding Genevieve and put her back in her crib before turning to face me. "What's up?"
"Well I'm not going to say in this in a special way, I'm just gonna say it...I did it! I created the imaginary friend potion!" I told him happily.

He blinked at me in disbelief. "You're joking." he finally said after several minutes of silence had passed.

"Nope! Ain't joking, just completed it! Buddy is going to be so happy!" I was practically spilling over right now, but then I noticed Damian looked upset.

"Damian, stop it. I know you didn't believe me about Buddy, but--"

"No it isn't that!" he quickly said. "It's just...I'm sorry for not believing you could do it. And I'm sorry for teasing you about your imaginary friend. See, the truth is...I have an imaginary friend too."

"What?" I was surprised. Damian had never mentioned an imaginary friend before. Had his doll from toddler hood grown up too?!

"I'm sorry I never mentioned it to you before! I was just scared I was going to get the same treatment as you at school if I mentioned Riley! I didn't want to be teased, I fit in! Can you ever forgive me?"

I was silent for awhile, almost wanting to be angry at him for not standing by my side when I was teased. But I don't want to be the type to hold grudges. After awhile of thinking, I nodded.

"Alright, Damian. I accept your apologies." I said. "In fact, I know a way I could make it all better. Don't go anywhere!"
I retreated to the garage where I kept the potions. I picked one up, hastily wrapped it and ran back up to where he was still standing.
"Here, take this. It's a second potion I made, give it to Riley and she'll be real just like you!"

"W-what, really?! Why the heck did you make a second potion? And are you sure it'll even work?"

"The second potion was just in case the first one didn't work. But don't worry about it, I can always make more!" I reassured him.
Damian stared down at the box in his hands in awe, and looked back up at me gratefully.

"I don't know how to thank you." he said. "After all the time I didn't stand by you..."

"Let's forget about. It is all the past." I told him. "Now come on, go give it to Riley! I'm sure she'll be happy! I'd stick around to watch but I really want to go give Buddy his potion."

Damian nodded. "Okay. She's downstairs right now, so after Buddy is real, let's show them to Mom! She'll be so shocked!"
~~~~~~~~Damian's POV~~~~~~~
After Elvira left, I ran downstairs to Riley, who was standing there eagerly.
"Is it true?! Did you sister really come up with a potion to make me real?" she asked. "I couldn't help but hear your loud voices upstairs, you know, super-imaginary hearing?"
I laughed. "Yep. All you have to do is drink it." I said, handing the bottle to her.
She drank it. I watched as a bunch of purple light surrounded her.
"Woah!!! This tickles!" she giggled.
Almost in a blink of an eye, I saw a beautiful girl standing in front of me. I smiled.
"Welcome to the real world, Riley." I said.
~~~~~Elvira's POV~~~~
I'd told Buddy the wonderful news about me discovering the potion. At first he was excited, but then he seemed nervous. He wanted to make sure the potion had worked, so we both went into the kitchen where we found Damian standing with a purple-haired girl....Riley!

"See? It worked!" I said to him. "Now come on, drink it! If you do, we can be together, just like you wanted!"

He hesitated for a moment. "Forever and ever?" he asked hopefully.

I smiled. "Yes, forever and ever."
He hesitated again, then took a sip of the potion.

He still seemed a bit nervous as he was transforming. I watched, completely ecstatic and excited to see what he was going to look like. Finally, the purple bubbles disappeared, and the Buddy I knew was gone. There, in front of me, stood the most handsome boy I'd ever met.

"Elvira." he breathed breathlessly.

"Buddy." I replied in the same manner. We could only stare at each other until I remembered.

"Come on Buddy, I want you to officially meet my mom."
~~~~~~~~Madison's POV~~~~~~~~
"There!" I sighed happily as I finished hanging the last stocking up. "This ought to be the right amount. Hopefully I didn't forget anyone." I was trying to get the house in a Christmas spirit, so I'd went out and bought some Christmas stockings to hang on the wall. Lord knows I hoped I'd bought the right amount of 'em.
I heard footsteps coming into the room and guessed it was Damian and Elvira. I'd heard them talking in the kitchen earlier.
"Guys, look!" I said as I turned around to greet them. "I got Christmas stoc-" I stopped short as I saw them. Sure it was indeed the twins who had stepped into the room, but they weren't alone.
With them were two teenagers who had the craziest hair colors I'd ever seen.
"Mom..." Elvira said with a small smile. "This is Buddy...my not-so imaginary friend."
"And this is Riley." added Damian.
Both of the strange teens looked at me shyly. "Hi Miss Carter." they both said.
I was stunned. That potion...that potion had actually worked!
"Oh my, well this is unexpected. I...uhh...I welcome you both to our home!" I said.
"We accept that welcome, Miss Carter. After all, we've been living here longer than you could even imagine!" laughed Buddy.
"Right...yeah..." Oh great. Looks like I had to get more stockings....
Go West, young Carter! (Babies #5 and #6)
I decided I needed to give myself a makeover. I felt as though my current look wasn't doing it for me.
So here's what I look like after countless hours of shopping and visits to the salon:
I hadn't realized how long my hair was, since I'd been keeping it tied up for a while. So I got it cut and curled into this cute bob style. As for my clothing, I found this great maternity outfit at the mall recently, and get this--it was on sale! I couldn't pass up an opportunity to buy it...along with some other outfits, teehee.
My new look confused little Ash, however. Recently, upon trying to teach him to walk, he would only stare at me in confusion as he stood there, not sure if he should attempt to walk over to this strange lady who somewhat resembled his mother. Haha, overly-cautious at an early age, how do you like that?
To walk, or not to walk.  That, is the question.
Random picture I took of Ash while he was playing with his favorite toy. Look at that face, absolutely priceless!
The twins were doing great in school. If either one of them had a problem, they'd help each other work it out, like just the other day when they were doing Math homework together.
"Hey sis, do you know what 5x9 is?" Damian had asked Elvira. Elvira then whipped out her trusty purple calculator and punched in a few numbers before answering. "5x9 is 45." she replied. "Honestly Damian, if you had enough common sense you would have been able to solve that problem on your own!"
See? Still smart. Just like from day one.
Aya was such a sweet baby. She never asked for much attention and only fussed if she actually needed something. I sometimes worry if she'll end up evil someday, like her father. I mean, come on, that had certainly been unkind of him to just scare me! Okay I'm still partially not over it...sorry.
"Whose a pretty little girl? You are! Yes you are!" I cooed to her as we played. One of the twins walked in on me while I was doing this and gave me a weird look. I know they probably thought I was crazy, but hey, as long as the baby is happy with what I'm doing, that is good enough for me!
Oh yes, speaking of Aya...it is time for her to transition to toddlerhood!
Elvira and Damian cheered their little sister on as I brought her out to the cake.
"Hooray for Aya!" I cheered myself.
Here she is, all aged up!
She certainly had the blackest hair and the bluest eyes I'd ever seen!  And what an innocent face...will she continue to act like an angel?
One evening, I was going to the bookshelf to find something to read, when I nearly tripped over Ash's freaky doll. I grunted and walked around it, only to nearly trip over Ash himself, then, if that wasn't enough, I nearly stumbled over Aya.
"We need more room!" I proclaimed in frustration.
It was true, as much as I had grown fond of this house, I believed it was time to move into a new one. Things were getting awfully crowded, I didn't think anymore babies would fit into this tiny little cottage. The one nursery was bursting with large cribs and a bunk bed. I'd been pondering a move after I'd given birth to Aya, now I knew it was a definite must. No more pondering.
Without another thought, I dashed over to the computer and immediately began to scan a real estate website, searching through every house they had available, trying to find just the right one. It had to have plenty of space, it had to have a backyard where the kids could play and I could raise a bigger garden. After hours and hours of searching...I finally found it.
(photo taken from TheSimsResource)
It was gorgeous, and somewhat reminded me of the house I grew up in back in Sunset Valley. I just knew that this was the one.
So, after calling up the real estate agent, visiting the bank and taking out a loan, and packing, we were on our way to our new home.
The twins were a bit sad as we left. After all, this had been the house where they had spent their toddler and baby days. But underneath that depressed façade, they were still very excited to see their new home.
We all crammed into the taxi that arrived to pick us up, leaving behind our old first house behind. I hoped whoever moved in next would be as happy as I had.
Halfway down the highway, a stinky scent filled the air. I wrinkled my nose in disgust and looked down at Ash, who was blinking at me innocently.
"Really Ash? Couldn't you have done that before we left?" I grumbled. He still just blinked at me. Thank goodness the taxi driver was kind enough to pull over and let me take a moment to change my son's poop-infested diaper.
That wasn't the only little incident that halted our move. Soon after I'd changed Ash's diaper, he got sleepy so I decided to give him his doll to cuddle with. That is when I realized the doll had been left back at the old house, not to mention, the twin's dolls had also somewhat disappeared. I felt bad, but also, somewhat relieved to have those creepy things gone.
Finally we arrived. Everyone had been getting restless, so we were dropped off a short distance from the location we were traveling to.
Damian and Elvira had been walking alongside me for the most part, but as soon as the house came into view, they took off like lightening bolts.
"I can see it! I can see the house!" Elvira exclaimed breathlessly. "Mom! Do you see the house? It's beautiful!"
"Yeah honey I see it." I said with a tired smile. "Just wait until we get inside, I can guarantee you'll like it even better then."
Allow to me give you all a tour...
The main section of the living room. I think the light blue and the white mix together nicely, don't you?
The dining room. There's also an extra little table on the other side of the kitchen, so at least we'll have plenty of chairs for everyone to eat at.
The kitchen. Much more roomier than my old one. All that counter space...
The skill room, where me or any of the kids can write books, paint pictures, or play the guitar.
The nursery. Apparently this room used to be the master bedroom, but seeing as it was larger I had everything swapped around. Perfect fit for four cribs!
The girls bedroom. Room to walk around, and two sets of bunk beds. I think this will work out.
The boys bedroom. Same layout as the girls room, only in blue.
And lastly, my bedroom. I'm trying hard not to be biased here, but I think this is my favorite room in the entire house. I mean, everything just blends together so perfectly! And see that rug on the ground? It isn't any ordinary rug! It's a yoga rug! I figured I needed some sort of stress relieving outlet, so what better outlet than yoga?
Okay so I was thinking of showing you all the bathrooms, but then I thought to myself "Who the heck wants to look at a bathroom?". And there really isn't anything interesting outside, except for a bit of a playground, a water slide, and a pond. I'd take a picture right now...but I don't feel like it.
"Yeah! Now I can sleep on the top bunk whenever I want!" Elvira exclaimed happily.
"How do you like your new home, baby girl?" I asked my daughter as I held her in my arms. She giggled and clapped her hands in response. I had a feeling this wasn't going to be the last house we moved into, but nonetheless plenty of memories were going to be made here.
The next morning after the twins left for school, I busied myself with taking care of the toddlers and doing chores. Damian had become a bit of a slob since he had aged, and never ever cleaned up after himself, leaving his already-busy mother with the task of making his bed and washing his cereal bowl. I swear that boy needs to learn responsibility or else he isn't going to make it far in the world.
"Ugh..." I muttered as I scrubbed at the dishes. "Stupid dishwater. My hands are going to be rough and red for awhile after this." I seriously need to consider getting an electric dishwasher.
As I was putting the clean dishes back in the cabinet, the doorbell sounded. I didn't know who it could possibly be, but I went to answer it as soon as I was finished with my work.
When I opened the door I found a young man who looked like he was just beginning to leave.
"Hey, wait!" I called after him.
He stopped.
"Hey you're actually home! Awesome!" The man grinned widely as soon as he saw me.
"Sorry I didn't get to you sooner, I was busy putting the dishes away." I apologized. I extended my hand. "My name is Madison Carter, how can I help you?"
"Oh, I know who you are Ms. Carter." said the man as he shook my hand. "I've been reading your blog for awhile now, and I came down here to see if you needed any more fathers in your challenge!"
"Oh!" I was pleasantly surprised, and a little ashamed of myself. I'd been busy with the move and all that I'd nearly forgotten about my challenge. "Well yeah, I do. Who did you have in mind exactly?"
"I dunno...how about the guy standing in front of you?" he whispered as he leaned closer to me.
I blushed a little bit and looked him over. Well, he certainly had an interesting haircut, I'll give him that much.
"I think you'll do." I replied. "But first off, let's get to know each other first. What's your name, and why do you want to participate in the challenge?"
"Jaden West." the man said. "Perhaps you've heard of me?"
I stared at him blankly. He sighed.
"I thought so. Okay, see, I'm in the athlete profession and I really hope to become super famous someday. So the reason I'm participating in your challenge is to maybe gain some publicity." Jaden explained.
I thought that this sounded kind of selfish, but I didn't say it out loud.
"Okay then...hopefully this won't give you any bad publicity. I mean, some people can get hate for participating or doing a challenge like this." I told him.
"Let the darn haters hate." scoffed Jaden. "I think they are just jealous that they aren't brave enough to take on the task of having 100 babies themselves! I mean, you've gotta have some real nerve to commit to a task that big!"
He had a valid point. I liked his attitude.
We both headed upstairs and within a matter of moments, my next baby/babies had been conceived!
I thanked Jordan for his participation and he left soon after.
When I came downstairs(STILL dressed in my new lingerie), I was almost embarrassed to find Elvira there doing her homework.
"Uh, hey El. Where's your brother?" I greeted her.
"He went over to his friend Anita's house after class finished." she answered nonchalantly, not bothering to look up from her paper.
"Oh, okay." I still felt a little embarrassed. "Do you...you know, need any help with your schoolwork?"
"Yeah sure, I guess." We moved to the floor for more space, and spent some time going over some history problems.
"Say Mom, what are you wearing?" asked Elvira curiously as we were halfway through finishing her homework.
"Uhh...lingerie..."
"Oh. What's lingerie?"
"Just pajamas!" I replied quickly, and then tried to change the subject. "So, why didn't you go with Damian to this friend's house? You could have made a play date out of it!"
"Nope..." Elvira twiddled her pencil around in her finger. "They don't want me around, at least, Anita doesn't. She said I'm a nerd."
"That was certainly mean of her." I said as we both stood up. "But don't let that get to you, sweetie. Just you wait, there will be someone who thinks the world of you and won't want anything else other than to just be your best friend!"
"I already know that someone, Mom." Elvira told me. "His name is Buddy, and he's exactly my age! We have a lot in common!"
Buddy? That was an odd name, I'd sworn I'd heard it somewhere. "Really? Well, how would you like it if we invited this Buddy over for supper?" I asked.
"Really Mom? That's super! I'll go ask him right now!" El took off running, I assumed, to dial her friend's number on the phone, but little did I know that wasn't the case...
~~~~~Elvira's POV~~~~~
"Buddy!" I called out as I entered the living room where I'd last left my little pal. In a flutter of sparkles, there he was. My best friend in the entire world. He looked really happy to see me.
"There you are Buddy! Hey, my mom just wants to know if you'd like to come over to supper tonight?" I asked him. "She'd really like to meet you."

"I'd love to! Only...there's one problem. I don't think your mom will be able to see me." replied Buddy. I sighed sadly. I'd forgotten that part. He was a special magic type of being that only I could see.

"Don't worry! Someday, I'll make sure everyone can see you!" I said to him. "I promise!"
~~~~~Madison's POV~~~~~~
I'd just finished whipping up some goopy carbonera. It had been a recipe that I'd been aching to try out for awhile, I could only hope that I'd gotten it right.
I picked up a steaming plate and headed for the kitchen table, also calling out to my kids on the way. "Kids! Dinner's ready!"
Both of them came running. Damian had just showed up at home a little while ago, and Elvira came into the kitchen alone. I was confused as to where her friend was, but figured he was probably just running late.
"You can't sit there Damian!" squealed Elvira before her brother had a chance to sit down. Damian scowled.
"How come?" he asked.
"Because Buddy is sitting there. You might squish him!"
That's when I realized that Buddy wasn't going to show up late. He was already here. He was an imaginary friend! Now I remembered where I'd heard the name Buddy, that had been the name of Elvira's doll. Could the two...possibly be...no, there was no way they could both be the same one!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Life continued on. Aya showed no signs of becoming evil, she still remained a little sweetheart. But then again, she was still just a toddler, so I couldn't relax yet.
Every kid has that favorite thing they like to do when they are little, and for Aya, that is playing in the toy box. I'm still worried the lid is going to snap shut on her one of these days.

I continued to teach Ash how to walk. His birthday was coming up soon, and just like with my other kids, I wanted to make sure he knew some skills before he became a child.

Of course, morning sickness wasn't shy to make itself known. It interrupted anything I was doing at the moment, causing me to run to the toilet before I stained the carpet with my vomit. In fact, it did this to me more than once. This has probably been my most vomity pregnancy so far.

Along with schoolwork, the twins also busied themselves learning skills. They want to know everything before you become teenagers, but I told them to take their time, as painting skills and writing skills aren't the only skills you need to learn in life.

Excited for the next baby or babies to get here!

I also began to learn to play the guitar.
Since the instrument was close to my stomach, I liked to think that whatever how many little ones I had in there were listening to the music that echoed off the strings. If it made them relaxed, then I was relaxed as well.

In the midst of all this skill learning, it was indeed time for birthdays, just like I said earlier! Again, I went with a small family party. I figured I could do it in a pattern, like family party one birthday, and guest party the next...maybe.

The twins aged up first, as much as it pained me. I knew after teenhood would come young adulthood, and I wasn't ready to see my babies grow up so fast.

Damian...

"What are these sparkles surrounding me?"

He wasn't even looking when I took this picture, darn it! Anyways, aside from that, he decided to comb his hair in a different style to try and impress the ladies, but I told him it didn't matter, he was still handsome.

Now Elvira's turn...
"Hmm, what should I wish for?" she pondered before blowing out her candles.

Woah, it looks like her head is trying to twist off in this picture!

Elvira decided to let her hair down, and traded in her old pair of glasses for a new stylish pair. I say she kind of resembles me as a teen, doesn't she?

Now Ash, my little Aqua baby's turn...
DERP!

Still dressing in the color of blue! I guess he wants to stay true to his roots.

Elvira apparently hadn't aged up alone. She insisted her imaginary friend from childhood had grown up too, and I honestly didn't know what to say.
~~~~~Elvira's POV~~~~
"Buddy, I can't believe you and I are both teenagers!" I told my pal eagerly.  "Isn't it great?"
"Yeah...I think you've aged beautifully, Elvira." Buddy said shyly.  "Would it be bad if I said...if I said...that I had a crush on you?"
I gasped. My imaginary friend had a crush on me?! It didn't seem odd, we'd known each other for a long time. Even if I liked him in the same way he liked me, there was no way we could be together, I mean I would look really stupid kissing thin air, wouldn't I?
Then I remembered the promise I had made to Buddy when we were kids. I just had to fulfill it. Knowing that he had a crush on me would only make me wish he was a real boy, and I know he probably would feel the same way.
I reached out and gave him a warm hug. "I'm gonna find a way for you to be real, Buddy, I swear!"
"You'd--you'd do that?" Buddy sounded surprised.
"Of course! I promised you way back when, I'm not going to go back on it now!"
~~~~~Madison's POV~~~~~
"Wheeee!" Ash cheered as he flew down the slide. It was things like this that made me happy. But it was also news like THIS that made furious!
I don't know who exactly got this information--well, aside from the fact I've been posting on this blog, but who cares?!!?! This is exactly the kind of publicity I'd warned Jaden about! I feel so ashamed...but just like other challenge mothers, I'm just going to grit my teeth and continue this challenge, hoping the rumors will cease soon. In the meantime, I'm just going to try enjoy life with my kids.
Playing in the sprinkler has become a fun hobby for our family(we have a water slide but I can't really play on that since I'm pregnant, hello!). I don't know why Ash insists on wearing his good white tux to play in, but I'm not going to judge him. Honestly, I'm beginning to wonder how sane he is.

"This is the most epic thing ever!" hollered Damian. Ash cheered with him.

We decided to have a little cookout that same day. While the kids continued to play, I cooked up some hot dogs on the grill, and thankfully I did not burn them!

Aya was the only not one not present at dinner time, seeing as she was still a toddler and taking a nap. So the rest of us still got to enjoy the delicious meal I had prepared.
"Yum! Can we have hot dogs every night?" Ash asked hopefully.

"That's unhealthy, Ash." I scolded him gently. I wanted to make sure my children all had healthy diets.  "But maybe every Friday. How about that? We could make it a cookout day!" He agreed to this.

My pregnancy was becoming a lot smoother gradually. I became less vomity, but I was still pretty tired most of the time.

Lucky thing I had my kids to look after things for me while I tried to get some rest. Damian enjoyed taking care of Aya, and Aya simply adored her big brother.
They got along like the best of pals.

He was also able to start her on her potty training, something of which I'd been too tired to do. I was very grateful to him.

Elvira was beginning to take an interest in cooking. She insisted it'd be easier for her to do the cooking while I was pregnant.

Even if it did result in burnt waffles...

Ash on the other hand, did nothing to help his brother and sister. He spent most of his time in his room, talking to himself. Sometimes he would be debating on things...
"Oh silly me, why do I have white hair? Am I old? No I'm not old, I'm young!"

And other times he would just spout out random nonsense I couldn't make heads or tails of.
"Bing dingy ding dong blah banana boo!"

Now I'm FEARING for his sanity. I think I'm going to call up a psychiatrist or something.

I wonder how many babies are in there this time.

This is how Saturday morning at our house are spent:
Yep, TV is everyone's favorite pastime.
"What the heck is that?" I nearly screamed as we were watching a sci fi show.

"Mom, that's just a cyberman!" Elvira laughed.

"Huh? What is a cyberman?"

"Seriously? You need to watch Doctor Who more!"
"Don't bother trying to convert her, Elvira. We aren't all crazy fangirls like you." teased Damian from where he was sitting.

"Oh shut up, you are one to talk Mr. Whovian Fanboy!" she retorted.

"Yeah well I'm not the one squealing over David Tennant or Matt Smith."

"Well I can't decide who's hotter, so leave me alone!"

"Oh please, the whole point of the show isn't the actor's looks!"

I couldn't get a word in edgewise through this entire discussion, so I just decided to remain silent. Then without warning,  a cold sweat broke out on my skin and I was suddenly stabbed with a jarring pain. The twins both stopped their argument as soon as they noticed my discomfort.

"Mom...are you okay? Sorry we didn't mean to start fighting!" Damian apologized quickly.

"No it isn't that...it's just...just..."

"What?"
"Nothing...except...THE BABY'S COMING!" I shrieked, clutching both hands to my stomach. Both Elvira and Ash began freaking out, but Damian remained cool.

"Don't panic, Mom! Just get dressed and I'll take you to the hospital." he said calmly. "Elvira can stay at home and take care of Ash and Aya. Don't worry."

"But you don't know how to drive yet!" I protested.

"Well what other options do you have?" Damian pointed out. He was right. These contractions were becoming more and more painful every single second and I didn't want to give birth at home. That would be very messy, and this was new furniture!

"Okay...fine." I said, too stricken with pain to argue anymore. "But I'm going to direct you and make sure you don't crash into anything!"

So the plan went into action. We might have bumped over a few potholes on the way there, but it was nothing major. I was just relieved when we showed up.
Both of us were calm as we walked into the hospital entranceway, although some random strangers began freaking out But this wasn't my first rodeo, so I simply rolled my eyes at them.

This labor was extremely long, and extremely painful. I was having some complications, and the reason for it was because I was having twins. Another set of twins! Can you believe that? One was refusing to turn over to the side, and I was worried for a moment we were going to lose it. But thankfully things cleared up, and several hours later me and Damian walked out of the hospital carrying the newest additions to the Carter clan.

Meet Baby #5 Genevieve Carter

And Baby #6 Caelum Carter

Baby mine, don't you cry
Baby mine, dry your eyes
Rest your head close to my heart
Never to part, baby of mine
Little one when you play
Don't you mind what you say
Let those eyes sparkle and shine
Never a tear, baby of mine
If they knew sweet little you
They'd end up loving you too
All those same people who scold you
What they'd give just for
The right to hold you
From your head to your toes
You're not much, goodness knows
But you're so precious to me
Cute as can be, baby of mine

Going back to putting lullabies in the post now, I'm having a difficult time trying to find short lullabies that will fit in a picture. Kudos to anyone who can guess where the featured lullaby in this post is from! Hint: It's from a classic Disney movie....

Special thanks to my sister for creating Jaden West for my challenge. If you want to download him into your own game, she uploaded him to MY Sims 3 account: http://www.thesims3.com/assetDetail.html?assetId=7760411
And if you are wondering about his hair, it is a base-game converted version of a hair from Late Night.
